You may ride on sidewalks, unless marked as dismount zones
Yield to all pedestrians
Avoid unpredictable behavior such as weaving in and out of lanes, ride in a straight line when possible
Be aware of vehicular traffic and make eye contact with drivers when crossing intersections
Signals
Use hand signals and eye contact to communicate with road users
Indicate turns by pointing in the direction you are turning
Indicate stopping or slowing down by extending your left arm downward, palm facing backward
Sound the bell on the right handlebar grip when approaching pedestrians and other cyclists
Always pass pedestrians and other cyclists on the left

Respect pedestrian crossings
Walk your ebike on any sidewalks marked as dismount zones to ensure pedestrian safety
Be aware of signage indicating construction zones, detours, and road closures, and follow alternative routes as directed to ensure your safety

All PikeRide ebikes are equipped with a powerful front light and a rear reflector featuring a solar-powered, motion-activated LED that blinks as the ebike is moving. These features ensure that riders can see clearly and be seen by other road users, enhancing safety at any time of day or night.
