How To Get Started
Download the PikeRide App - Download the PikeRide mobile app on your Apple or Android device.
Create Your Account - Create an account and follow all set-up prompts. Make sure to enable Bluetooth and location services to ensure your app communicates with bikes properly.
Select Your Membership - Tap the mobile menu icon in the top left corner and select your desired membership or pay-as-you-go option. If you have a coupon code, make sure to enter that in the “Coupons & credits” section of the app BEFORE purchasing the corresponding membership or trip.
Start Riding - You have now unlocked fun, sustainable, and affordable transportation to explore downtown on two wheels! Now that’s something to celebrate.

Choose from our wide selection of ebike share memberships, or, ride through town by the minute with our pay-as-you-go option. Learn more about each option below and select your desired membership in the PikeRide mobile app before riding.
BY-THE-MINUTE RENTAL
$1 to unlock the bike, then 25 cents per minute
Monthly Member - $35
90 minutes of ride time per day for 30 consecutive days.
Annual Member - $165
90 minutes of ride time per day for 365 consecutive days.
Seasonal Member - $75
90 minutes of ride time per day for 90 consecutive days.

Once you’ve downloaded the PikeRide app and created an account, you can view our service area map containing all of our e-bike hubs throughout town where bikes can be rented and parked.
